Q: Are there any added or hidden fees?
A. No. We believe in 100% transparency, so what you see is what you get. No extra charge for pickup and delivery, no hidden fees, and no minimums. We are committed to keeping our prices low.
Q: What if I don't have much dry cleaning?
A: That's ok! We have a no minimum policy, so you can use us as much (or as little) as you'd like.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Our customizable billing system gives you as much control as you want. Choose our paperless "pay as you go" option to set up automated credit card payments, using our ironclad data encryption technology, or pay monthly by check. Easily view all of your statements and orders or update your billing method by logging in to your account.
Q: Do I need to be home for my pickup or delivery?
A: No. We will hang your freshly-cleaned clothes on the door hanger provided. We can drop your clothes off wherever you specify, (e.g., front door, side door, back door, in garage).
Q: Can I send in large items, like comforters, curtains, etc.?
A: Yes. If the item doesn't fit in our designated bag, place it in.a trash bag (or other large bag) with a note attached "For Mr. Rogers."
Q: What if I miss my pickup day?
A: Don't worry. You can call or text us at your earliest convenience, and we'll pick up your order ASAP.
Q: Do you offer alteration services?
A: Yes. If you'd like to have alterations made, please attach a note with detailed instructions to the item.
Q: Is Mr. Rogers' Cleaners eco-friendly?
A: Yes! We proudly use perc-free processes. Perc, aka tetrachloroethene or perchloroethylene, is a colorless cleaning solution used by most dry cleaners. While it works well and cuts down on labor, it's classified as a hazardous waste and a possible carcinogen, (i.e. it's terrible for the environment and your health). We also recycle hangers to cut down on our ecological footprint!
